"Camera avea un miros oribil"

Stimata dna. Stanciu, Regretam experienta neplacuta de la unitatea noastra de cazare si ne pare foarte rau ca aflam de aceasta problema doar din acest comentariu. Ar fi fost indicat sa ne sesizati acest aspect imediat ce l-ati constatat si poate l-am fi remediat pe loc. In exploatare unele scurgeri se pot infunda, garda de miros poate fi afectata s.a., dar pentru toate exista solutii daca este si bunavointa! Consideram ca nota dumneavoastra a fost acordata impulsiv si este in totala opozitie cu calificativele obtinute pana in prezent!
