"Doamna de la recepție e foarte drăguță și ne-a ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie. A sunat de dimineata ca sa ne întrebe la cat ajungem. Ne-a sunat și mai târziu. ☺️ Apreciem. �Locație super, foarte curat, pat confortabil, aer condiționat, tv."
"Nu ne-a plăcut dușul și capul de duș trebuie schimbat pt că e spart. Nu ne-a plăcut nici sistemul de ventilație din fereastră. A fost foarte zgomotos și dacă îl țineam închis, se făcea repede cald in camera. Mi-ar fi plăcut să putem deschide geamul. Dar a fost suportabil. In rest, totul OK.☺️� Recomandăm."

"M-am bucurat enorm trezindu-mã în miez de noapte sã folosesc toaleta şi sã vãd 4 gândaci mari cum mâncau dintr-un ochi de peşte cred cã era adus de pe canalizare.A mirosit urât a trebuit sã ținem uşa de la baie închisã tot timpul şi aerul condiționat deschis pentru aerisire , camera avea numai un geam triunghiular . Țeava de la aerul condiționat a fãcut condens şi ne-am trezit eu şi mama mea cã ne picurã în cap . Menționez cã nu am stat toate cele 6 nopți , ne-a fost creat un discomfort atât de mare cã a trebuit sã ne mutãm la un hotel în apropiere."
"Proprietara îmi trimite acest mesaj cu o searã înainte "Buna seara ne cerem scuze pentru neplăcerea creata în camera maine va voi da o alta camera.Ne cerem mi de scuze încă odată o seara placuta." şi a doua zi începe sã țipe când vine vorba sã cãdem la un comun acord, am filmare cu dovadã pentru toți cei interesați dacã ar trebui sã aleagã Vila Denisa sau nu . Aceasta nu este o glumã."
