"W porównaniu z lokalami w Warszawie, można wynająć zdecydowanie lepszy pokój/apartament za tę samą cenę (nawet blisko centrum). Pokój i łazienka pozostawiają wiele do życzenia (na podłodze plamy, WC stary, brudny?), w pokoju pająki, kuchnia odstraszająca, na korytarzu nieprzyjemny zapach i wszędzie pająki. Słaba akustyka ścian - pomimo obowiązującej ciszy nocnej do g. 4 nad ranem słychać było rozmowy dobiegające z korytarza oraz skrzypiące drzwi. Brak tzw. pakietu startowego - chociażby mydła. Plusem jest bezpłatny parking bezpośrednio przy obiekcie. Cena za nocleg jest jednak zdecydowanie za wysoka jak na oferowane warunki."
