"W sumie tylko lokalizacja. Apartament nieposprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach. Brak chipa do otwierania śmieci. Zaproponowano mi druga lokalizacje z rozbitym oknem i mokrym ręcznikiem. Na szczęści w drugiej lokalizacji był komplet czystych ręczników i pościeli. Brak kontaktu i decyzyjności po godzinie 18:00."
"Nie odkurzone, nie posprzątane, kubki i miseczki pochowane w dziwnych miejscach. Nie działa deszczownica przecieka rurka doprowadzająca wodę. Słabe ciśnienie wody na 12 pietrze. Brak chipa by wejść do garażu od strony windy oraz uniemożliwia to pozbycie się śmieci. Tuż po przybyciu sprzątałam obiekt. Plus na miejscu był odkurzacz."
