"A felsorolt szolgáltatások között volt tv és wifi, ami nem volt. Akitől átvettük a kulcsot először azt mondta nem tudja hogyan kell a tv bekapcsolni, valamint automatukusan kapcsolódok a wifihez. Másnap felhívtam, hogy se wifi, se tv adás nincs, akkor a viharra és a szolgáltatót hibáztatta. Harmadnapi hívásomkor már azt mondta, hogy a modem hátuljára van ragasztva a wifi kód. Persze nem volt ott. Koszos volt a zuhanytálca lefolyója, lejárt édesítőszer volt a szekrénybe, az ablak koszos volt."
