"Aproape tot este pozitiv, proprietarii niște oameni deosebiți, omenoși și de bun simț! Locația cu acces la bucătărie, frigider mare (cât toate zilele), cuptor cu microunde, mașina de spălat haine, filtru de cafea (de fapt expresor) cu cafea din partea casei, sticlă cu pălincă în foișor la grătar, sticlă cu pălincă și cu vișinată în living, prăjituri, gustări, aperitive din partea casei, sarmale și supă am primit de asemenea la fel de Crăciun iar am primit platou cu gustări, fripturi, aperitive! La bucătărie se găseau tot felul de vase, veselă, tacâmuri, aragaz....iar la grătar este și ceaun!"

"Negativ consider faptul că se află în zona centrală, șoseaua la câțiva pași și se aude tot ce trece și mai este faptul că la parter funcționează un spațiu comercial și se aud toate discuțiile de acolo!"
