We expect our esteemed guests seeking relaxation and recreation in a newly-built waterfront apartment in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood of Balatonboglár. You can see the Balaton, which is only meters away, from the living room, the bedroom and the terrace. There is a direct access to the long public beach flanked by plane trees from our fenced yard. Children can play safely and without disturbance in the garden. The water deepens slowly, which makes it an ideal place for bathing even for families with small children.

The first-floor flat with an area of 53 m2, built in 2007, can accommodate 1 to 5 persons.

• Layout: entryway, living room with an open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace.

• The living room is air-conditioned.

• Our well-equipped kitchen has a built-in cooktop, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer.
The furnishings are modern, tasteful and comfortable.

• Nice, well-kept environment. The flat has a private car park with a boom gate.
