The apartments of Villa SKY are situated in Borik (pine forest), which is a beautiful and calm district of the wonderful town of Rovinj. Villa SKY consists of six nice apartments of different sizes, which are furnished very nicely.
Villa SKY is about only 2,5km from the town centre; a supermarket is not far away from the house, and even the beach is at only about a 5 minutes walk. The beach itself is made of shingle and rocks; here you have cafés, ice, a gourmet restaurant, snacks, sports- and playing offers. And if you don’t want to use the car, take the taxi-boat, which takes off from a mole on the beach in regular time intervals.
Take the direction Pula, and then the exit Rovinj/Kanfanar. At the end of the road, after the pay toll, turn left in direction Rovinj and than continue for about 15km, until you get to a (third)roundabout (with an olive tree in the middle); here turn right in direction of Amarin. After some hundreds of meters on your right you will pass the driving and camping Porton Biondi; after it, at the first crossing turn left and continue in direction of Amarin. After the supermarket on your left, turn the first street left, named Miroslav Krleza. After about 300 meters turn right into Monpeloso street, where Villa SKY is situated at house number 5.

It is bright and furnished very nicely and it has air-conditioning. This apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (safe deposit box, view at Rovinj's old town), a bathroom with shower (hair dryer), a living room (flatscreen-TV) with fitted kitchen (dishwasher,microwave,water boiler,coffee maker, toaster) and a terrace(ca.6m²).
In front of the building for each apartment there is one parking space provided.

Apartment, AP.“4“: Description
Ap."4" of Villa SKY is suitable for 4 persons and measures ca.75m². It is situated at the first floor and positioned in the front part of the building. It is bright, stylish and air-conditioned. This apartment consists of two bedrooms with double bed(safe deposit box, view at Rovinj's old town), two bathrooms with shower (hair dryer), a living room(safe deposit box, flatscreen-TV) with fitted kitchen (dishwasher,oven,water boiler,coffee maker, toaster) and a nice terrace (ca.9m²).

Ap."5" of Villa SKY is suitable for 2 persons and measures ca.40m². It is situated at the first floor and positioned in the rear part of the building. It is bright and furnished very nicely and it has air-conditioning. This apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (safe deposit box, view at Rovinj's old town), a bathroom with shower (hair dryer), a living room (flatscreen-TV) with fitted kitchen (dishwasher,microwave,water boiler,coffee maker, toaster) and a comfortable balcony(ca.6m²) with sea-view.
In front of the building for each apartment there is one parking space provided.
