The Villa has 13 air-conditioned rooms with bathroom, color TV, mini-bar.

There is a 30-person conference room is available as well for business meetings and workshops.

"A csendes környék, az egri viszonylatban jó megközelíthetőség, a wellness lehetőség és a kiváló ár/érték arány egy nagyszerű panzióvá avanzsálja a Villa Citadellát. A személyzet segítőkész és készséges. Javasolnám a medence vizének min. 29-30 celsius fokra történő emelését, mert a 26 fok elég fogvacogtató a nyári időszakon kívül (az energiaárak nyilván nem kedveznek mindennek, de akkor le kell ereszteni a vizet és mindjárt OK a költségmegoszlás)."
""Épített örökségünk - épített ökörségünk"... Nem pusztán hivatásom okán (építőmérnök - 30 év tapasztalattal), de mezei polgárként is jelzem; a lépcsőház lépcsőfokai "Qrva" kényelmetlenek, melyek egyáltalán nem felelnek meg a lépcsőszerkesztési szabályoknak. Ráadásul elég szűk az emeletre felvezető két lépcsőkar; csomagokkal együtt oldalazva lehet csak felmenni. Olyan tetőtéri szobában voltunk, ahol a fürdőszobai zuhanyzó vize szinte a teljes padló elárasztotta; köszönhetően a rossz lejt-viszonyoknak és a perem nélküli, egysíkú padlónak (a hidegburkoló szaki iskolai papírjait simán vissza lehetne venni)."
