The building built in the 1920s hides a modern, stylish apartment. Passing through the courtyard decorated with flower gardens, there is a modern, cozy 35 m2 terrace with benches, garden furniture and a covered pergola in front of the apartment. Entering the 70 m2 accommodation, a spacious kitchen and dining room welcomes you. Furthermore, there is a living room, a bedroom, a shower, and a separate toilet. Triple glazed, soundproof windows and premium quality mattresses ensure our guests' uninterrupted rest. All the windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito nets. The overall effect is characterized by the harmony of outstanding quality materials, colors, and shapes. The layout and furnishings provide exceptional comfort.

Our apartment is located in one of the most popular parts of the city based on visitors' opinions in Szeged. The accommodation is located close to the city center (900 m, about 8-minute walk), in a frequented place next to Szeged railway station, which can be reached with a 2-minute walk after getting off the train.

There is a SPAR grocery store opposite the building. One of Szeged's best bakeries is located right next to the building and provides great breakfast options. Kapca Cafe & Bistro, famous for its excellent burgers, is just a 4-minute walk away. There are several restaurants, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stores, hairdressers, and cosmetics nearby.

Almost all sights and entertainment options of Szeged can be easily reached within a few minutes from the accommodation due to its good location and excellent infrastructure in the area.
