Music and cultural programs can be enjoyed on the shore of Lake Balaton (1500 m) and on the pedestrian street (1200 m) all year round. There are also three beaches. I like cleanliness and order. I take off my street shoes at the door, which can be stored either on a shoe tray in the stairwell or in the shoe cabinet in the apartment. Please do the same. I have guest slippers, from which you are free to choose according to your mood and need.
I do not accept pets, nor children under the age of 10, as there are no suitable play and sleeping facilities for them.
Parties and events are not allowed. With regard to the neighbors, quiet rest from 11 p.m. to 05 in the morning.
I can only accept underage guests if they are accompanied by an adult.
Check-in is only possible after paying the full accommodation fee and tourist tax (650 HUF / person / night), so please pay the price of the accommodation at the latest at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
Guest information reporting
From 1 September 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are obliged to collect information about the identity of guests upon arrival of each guest and share this information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency.

In practice, data must be collected by digital scanning of identity documents and uploaded to the Guest Information Closed Database (Guest Information Closed Database or VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency.
If a guest refuses to provide the required document, then this person must be denied accommodation services.

The data should include data such as name, surname, date and place of birth, nationality, address of accommodation, estimated date of stay and other data. For Hungarian guests, we accept national identity cards, driving licenses and passports as proof of identity.
Identity cards and passports are accepted for guests from the EU, and only passports are accepted for scanning identity documents and documents for guests from third countries.
