Introduction
Our apartment house built in 2008 is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Agárd, which lies on the shore of Lake Velencei.
The apartment house includes 2 separate apartments, which can comfortably accommodate 4-6 persons.
A well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a hot plate, as well as a bathroom and a toilet belong to each apartment downstairs. Upstairs, there are 2 rooms equipped with TV and a toilet.
There is a terrace with a table and chairs in front of the apartment. Open-fire cooking and enclosed parking facilities are available in the yard.
The apartment is about 15minutes away from the beach, the centre and the Agárd Thermal Spa. There is a pizzeria within 20 metres, a Lidl supermarket within 250 metres and a restaurant a 5-minute walk away from the house.
