You will have neighbors (residents) from every direction, the place is really quiet and peaceful, but please note that you can only party in the garden until 10 pm, after that only indoors.

Parking for 4 cars is possible in the garden. The railway station can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the Nyugati railway station (central Budapest) in 30 minutes by train.
