Set in peaceful and pleasant surroundings, a 5-minute walk from both the lake and the centre of Agárd, the apartment is located on the top floor of our house. It is easily accessible: a 4-minute walk from the train stop or a 10-minute drive from the Agárd exit of motorway M7.
You can find beaches, a post office, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bicycle rental, and a bus stop in the neighbourhood.
The area provides guests with plenty of opportunities for relaxation all year round: Lake Velence, the child-friendly beach, the thermal spa and the park forest of Agárd, cycling routes, boat harbour, a wide range of water sports (surf, boat, ship, canoe, sup, dragon boat), and countless open-air events and concerts – many of them free.
The apartment features 3 double bedrooms and a shared terrace, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom (shower cabin + toilet), therefore it is mostly recommended for families and groups of friends. Guests can enjoy views of the garden, a rose pergola, and even the lake form the terrace.
The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering: a small cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker and cooking utensils and cutlery are provided.
The garden offers a place for barbeque.
Television, internet, air conditioning and heating are included in the price.
