Nagy Kócsag farmhause (3386 Sarud, Kossuth u. 34) is one of the most beautiful lodges of the "Élményfalu" in the village of Lake Tisza in Sarud not far from the village museum and the church.
Spacious spaces, huge kitchen / communal area, spacious covered terrace, closed yard, parking. In a rustic setting, completely renovated farmhouse, in the spirit of simplicity and tranquility, less than 2 km from Sarud "KalandPart" Waterfront Base.
The farmhouse has three rooms two of which are right next to each other, and the third offers a separate unit, eg. for families with small children. The rooms have a private bathroom. The house can be heated on demand, so it can be rented all year round.
Maximum occupancy is 11 + 5 people.
Together with the neighboring Little Kócsag Farmhouse, the two houses are ideal for smaller groups, team building and company events (for about 20 people)

The beach is closed during the low season (September 15 - May 31).
In case of bookings for the pre-season and the post-season, heating fee is additional 5000 HUF / room / night.
Tourist tax rate in 2020 (over 18 years): 300 HUF / person / night
(Tourist tax and heating are not included in the hotel base fee!)

Meals are not included in the room rate but can be pre-booked upon request. (Breakfast and / or lunch and / or dinner)
The place where the ordered meal is consumed is outside the accommodation. Location: Adventure Beach - Sulyom Bistro.
