Description of the accommodation:
The two-story apartment rented out to 10 persons is located in a quiet environment, is nicely furnished and lavishly equipped. The area of the property is 170 m²
Facilities on the ground floor: a double bedroom, a living room with additional bed and satellite TV, a well-equipped and nicely furnished kitchen (plates, dishes and cutlery corresponding to the number of guests, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven and gas stove). On this floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet at the disposal of our guests.
Facilities on the upper floor: 4 double bedrooms. On this floor, there is a shower room with a toilet at the disposal of our guests.
Information: The holiday house has a covered terrace furnished with plastic furniture and a sun terrace equipped with deck chairs and parasols. Guests can barbecue in the garden. The house has a well-kept, beautiful yard. Parking is possible in the yard. The owner lives in the basement of the house, in a private apartment with a separate entrance.
The accommodation fee for a given season includes water and electricity consumption, use of bedlinen and final cleaning. In case of a prolonged stay, it also includes the fee of bi-weekly cleaning and bedlinen change
