"Annyira piszkos, ami már ANTSZ bejelthető kategória. Emellett nagyon párás, a wc papír, ágynemű benedvesedve és egy kicsit be is dohosodva. A tányérok BEPENÉSZEDVE. Szappan nem elérhető. A felvonó nem működik, egy mosdóhelység nem működik. A személyi igazolványunkat lefényképezték, ami nem GDPR kompatibilis."

Tisztelt Vendégünk! Üdülőnk körbe van véve erdővel, melegebb, párásabb a levegő, de mindent megteszünk, hogy minimalizáljuk ezt (ipari párátlanító, páramentesítő minden szobában, klíma az épületben), ennek ellenére előfordulhat, hogy párásabbnak érződik a levegő. A személyi igazolványok nem fényképezésre, csupán beolvasásra kerültek a Vendégem szálláshely-kezelő alkalmazásba, ugyanis az NTAK szabályozás alapján köteleznek minket a vendégek adatainak felvételére. A szálláshelyet nem felvonóval hirdetjük; a felvonó muzeális érték. Egyéb panaszai kivizsgálásra fognak kerülni.

"Ár/érték szempontból sokkal jobb lehetőség nem igazán található Lillafüreden. Felső-Hámor falucskájának gyakorlatilag legmagasabban fekvő háza, közvetlenül az erdő tövében. Túrázóknak tökéletes szállás: nem egy luxus, de alapvetően jól felszerelt (konyhában van minden mint sütő, kávéfőző, mikró, pirító, vízforraló stb.) és a szobákban sem tapasztaltunk semmi hiányosságot. Nyugodt és természetközeli (rovarokkal, madarakkal a szállás közelében számítani kell), és gyakorlatilag minden pár perc sétára van innen Lillafüreden."
"Még a fűtésszezon előtt, október legelején szálltunk meg itt: fázósaknak ilyentájt nem ajánlott! (Megjegyzés: használhattuk a középső klímával fűthető szobát, és dupla takarót is kaptunk, így elviselhető volt a hűvös is.)"
