"Staff doesn’t speak English as advertised, tried to charge for breakfast twice. The room was a throwback to 50’s with almost no access to one bed! Advertised as family studio … Awful breakfast, dirty spoons, no options for my children ( lactose free). Barely enough for one overnight stay - and not the cheapest one!"

"A munkatársak kedvessége, segítőkészsége a legemlékezetesebb. Le a kalappal a reggeli összeállítója előtt is: gazdaságos, azaz semmi luxus, de jó minőségű és sokféle élelmiszerből állították össze."
"Az ajtók nem szigetelik jól a hangot, így sajnos behallatszanak a zajok. Még a normál beszéd is, hát még a sztentori hangon előadott eszmefuttatás vagy egy nagyobb társaság nevetése. Ez éjjel 1-kor vagy hajnali 5-kor zavaró tud lenni."
