NOVUS Hotel is a new construction inaugurated on July 15, 2021, welcoming guests with distinctive architecture, modern design, well-structured interiors, high-quality materials, and excellent sound insulation. The water filtration and softening system, along with the hot water recirculation system, provide significant additional comfort.
The hotel is classified as a 3-star establishment and offers 23 standard double rooms, 11 double rooms with sea view, 8 family rooms with sea view, and 4 apartments. The hotel features a modern elevator with a capacity of 7 persons and a private parking lot with 50 spaces. The construction complies with hotel classification regulations, environmental requirements, fire safety standards, and Sars Cov-19 prevention measures.The restaurant, along with the terrace located on the ground floor, offers breakfast in a buffet style.All rooms are equipped with 108 cm Digital LED Smart TVs, telephone, wireless internet with wired internet available upon request, minibar, air conditioning, hairdryer, balcony with furniture, mosquito net, carpet and travertine flooring. All rooms include a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The bed is equipped with a very comfortable 30 cm high mattress and hypoallergenic pillows.
