Description of the accommodation:
A year-round house of 35 m2, a modern barn type, of a higher standard with a large terrace of 17 m2. The house is ecological, clean water is drawn from a deep well, energy is obtained from photovoltaic panels, and the whole is complemented by an ecological sewage treatment plant.
The cottage is part of a complex of four cottages in the Domki Piwniczna settlement. The fenced, lighted and monitored area of over 4,000 m2 includes a private forest, a meadow, a gazebo with a fireplace, a playground, a parking lot, a sauna and an outbuilding with a laundry room for storing skis, bicycles and strollers.
Just 100 m from the Piwniczna Houses there is a beautiful Acquavelo bicycle route, which connects Polish and Slovak health resorts, and 200 m away there is a ski lift.
Piwniczna Cottages are located in a unique location, in the heart of the Poprad Landscape Park in the Natura 2000 area "Ostoja Popradzka" in Piwniczna Zdrój in the Beskid Sądecki Mountains in the Carpathians, characterized by extraordinary natural, historical and landscape values.
