Štôla, cottage in a cottage-colony.
4-bedded room, dayroom with TV, 3x extra bed (2x fold-out couch), bathroom with toilet, kitchen (electrical stove, refrigerator with a vaporizer, microwave oven, coffee maker,electric kettle).
Terrace, garden furniture, garden grill, fireplace, sandpit. Electrical heating. In winter surcharge for consumed energy exceeding 30 kW/day. The cottage-colony is guarded (ramp). Parking by the cottage (snow chains in winter). Grocery shop 500m. Restaurant 300m. Bus 1km. Train (station Lučivná) 4km.

"Dobre situované ubytovanie, za chatkou je .menší ale plné postačujúci pozemok s nádherným výhľadom na Vysoké Tatry. Chatka je vybavená všetkým potrebným zariadením. Páni majiteľka je veľmi príjemná."
"Nabytok v chatke je dosť starý. Celoplošne kobercove krytie vôbec sa tam nehodí, nakoľko nedá sa ho riadne vyčistiť a umyť. Vadilo mi aj posteľné prádlo so syntetickej látky, podľa môjho názoru treba ho vymeniť na nové a bavlnené."
