The Central Apartment is situated in the center of Gyula, not far from the thermal bath. We have apartments, studio apartments and rooms (equipped with air conditioning, television, free internet, WIFI), all have designed kitchens which are also fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc..) bathroom with shower (2 db.corner bath) closed parking. Massage, hairdresser, beauty salon, pedicure, manicure, bicycle rent also available. Italian restaurante, pizzeria can be found in the building.

"Tisztaság: mint egy svájci *****-os szállodában! Érkezés, távozás: rendkívül udvariasan, megértően, rugalmasan kezelték. A 2 személyes Romantik apartman valójában egy 4 személynek is elegendő, kifogástalanul felszerelt, rendkívül kényelmes, csendes lakás!"
"Fűszertartó nagyon szép és tiszta, fűszereket és sót viszont nem találtunk. Kiváló, legendás kávéfőző, Szarvasi Minipress! Kávét viszont nem találtunk, Vízforralók, szépek és tiszták, teát viszont nem találtunk. El szoktunk mosogatni magunk után, mosogatószert igen, szivacsot viszont nem találtunk."

"Personalul vorbește doar maghiara,camera în care am stat nu avea decât o fereastră care se deschidea intr-o scară de acces în mansardă. Exact în dreptul ferestrei era o cale de acces.Asadar era foarte mare gălăgie mereu,de dimineața devreme pana seara târziu. Cealaltă camera nu avea ferestre deloc,dădea intr-un hol cu acces din stradă, holul plin de igrasie,chiar dacă avea o fereastră deschisa mereu.Inclusiv camerele erau foarte umede, se umezeau hainele în dulapul care de fapt era o nișă din rigips cu o perdea.Accesul la mesele de afara se făcea prin stradă, total altceva decât se prezintă în fotografii.Canalizarra din camera alăturată funcționa cu o pompa care deversa apa în sifonul de la dusul nostru.Cand cei din Cealaltă cameră utilizau baia pompa scotea un zgomot puternic la fiecare câteva secunde, foarte deranjant.Acest review este strict pentru camerele de la stradă, consider ca acele camere nu ar trebui autorizate pentru închiriere în scop turistic. Camerele din curte păreau ok ,nu am văzut însă în detaliu.Curatenie nu s-a făcut deloc în 7 nopți, gunoiul a trebuit sa-l ducem singuri la tomberonul din curte.Dupa 3bzile am cerut sa ni se schimbe prosoapele iar doamna de la curățenie ne-a pus prosoapele în brate în mijlocul curții, nicidecum sa se ocupe ea de acest aspect. Cu părere de rău, nu cred ca vom reveni la această locație."
