"Az erkély felett a tető a beázástól szét volt rohadva, ki volt bontva, lógott a szigetelés. Ezt nem jelezte senki sem előre, sem a helyszínen, sem utólag. Az érkezésünk előtti eső átfolyt rajta és az ablakra, ajtóra rácsorgott a koszos lé. Ezt a problémát jeleztük a szobaasszonynak, akkor külön kérésre végül letakarítottották, de az első reakció az volt, hogy minek, úgyis újra olyan lesz. Ilyen állapotú szobát (a szoba rendben volt, de ha erkélyesért fizetünk, akkor a része), nem is illene kiadni, vagy kedvezményesen. De minimum jelezni kell, hogy az erkély ilyen állapotban van. Sajnos a kijelentkezés és a fizetes során sem kérdezte senki, hogy rendben volt e a szoba, így itt jelezném, hogy ez így nagyon amatőr volt."
