Family house with 2 appartments in a part of Njivice called Kijac. House is positioned in a quiet location, about 800m from the first beach. Pets are allowed in the appartments and the first beach for pets is about 1km from the house. It is sorrounden by greenery and has a garden. There is a parking space for max 2 cars in front of the house. There is a nice pathway and cycling track near the house. the owner doesn't live in the house.
