WELCOME TO THE VILLA MAREDI
Villa "Maredi", privately owned by the Šarić family, is located in the outlying village of Pula, in Škatari, 3.5 km from the city center. The shop is 400 m away, the restaurant 1 km away and the pebble and sandy beach just 3 km away. The villa has two floors, ie three separate apartments, modern and exceptionally well equipped, and can accommodate up to 12 people. It is ideal for hosting multiple families who will have complete privacy. Villa has its own parking with three or four parking spaces. Villa Maredi has 3 stars, has central heating as well as air conditioners that will refresh you during the summer heat. Inside the structure there is a swimming pool of 32 m2, depth of 1.5 m. In the same building there is also a summer kitchen with a fireplace, a gas stove and a separate toilet. All three apartments have their own balcony or terrace overlooking the garden and pool. It is modernly equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning and furnished in a modern style, completely renovated in 2018. The owner does not live near the property.
