Apartments at Sun & Snow Resorts Kołobrzeg are located in the western part of Kołobrzeg, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, among the greenery of the NATURA 2000 Park.

This location guarantees clean air, picturesque views and direct contact with nature. Plażowa Street with wide sidewalks and bicycle paths is an integral part of the whole R10 bicycle route. Only a five-minute walk through the direct access to the sea is enough to get to the wide sandy "West Beach", right next to it there is a beach for dogs.

All apartments are finished to a high standard, individually designed in warm colors, have functional, fully equipped kitchenettes and spacious terraces overlooking the courtyard or the greenery of the NATURA 2000 Park.

There is a public city car park in front of the building (the number of places is limited). On the property there is an outdoor car park with numbered spaces and parking spaces in the garage hall, assigned to most of the apartments, which our guests can use for an additional fee.

We kindly inform you that the swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00, the sauna is open daily from 17:00-21:00.
The pool is located in building A. There is no direct access from building B to building A. We currently have a limited number of pool lockers. We sincerely apologize for any possible inconvenience this may cause.

Attention! From October 28, 2019, construction works of a new neighboring investment at ul. beach. We apologize for the noise-related inconvenience. Completion of construction is scheduled for the end of 2025.

On June 25, 2022, the "Kruszonka" Cafe opens for guests.

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).

The earliest time to arrive is 16:00, the latest time to leave the rooms is 10:00.
