Alexandra Apartment Hajdúszoboszló is a nicely decorated holiday apartment for small families or friends. This ground-floor apartment was lovingly restored by us with all modern conveniences and with easy access to the thermal bath, cafés, and restaurants. We are about a 10-15 minute walk away from them in a quiet, residential part of town. Easy access to Hortobágy and Debrecen as well which are top day trip destinations.

The apartment has all the modern convenience we would expect including a well-equipped kitchen (including a toaster, microwave, and kettle), great heating, and cooling, and a full entertainment system with a Netflix account. The large, half-covered terrace faces the back of the apartment block which provides a relaxing environment and comfortable hang-out spot for the summer evenings. You also have access to the garden and to your dedicated parking space within the gated community through the balcony.

The apartment also has a large double bed, a double sofa bed, clothes storage spaces and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. A hairdryer and a washing machine is also provided.

With all the comforts of home, this flat is ideal for families and friends. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to create some home-cooked meals or to order in. The location is great for dining out. There are lots of restaurant options within a 10-15 minutes walking radius, while the grand terrace provides you with the best place to relax during the evenings with a glass of wine.

You can easily store your bike on the secure terrace using the back gate to access it.

The apartment is situated in a newly built apartment block with the latest green technology inside. The property is part of a green initiative programme where the most energy-consuming part of a household is replaced by more environmentally friendly solutions. The underfloor heating and underfloor cooling system use thermo heat pump to keep the apartment at the desired temperature.
